The one POP server on one of my email accounts doesn'tĪllow multiple logins and rejects the connection. It is when my outlook tries to get email at the same time my phone or tablet are accessing the POP server. What is happening in my case is related to my email provider's POP server. I know outlook remembers the username and password.
